This investment elevates Helicópteros Sanitarios to a new level of compromise with our members in the area, increasing the existing efficiency and reducing waiting times.

| The 2008 Roadmap |

On behalf of everyone at Helicopteros Sanitarios, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to you all. This letter is an opportunity for me to bring you up to date with all of our recent developments.
In particular, I would like to tell you about the new electrocardiogram (ECG) equipment which we have recently purchased. It enables our doctors to take ECG data from you at your home and transmit it to our experienced cardiologist at our headquarters.

This enables the cardiologist to make the highest quality diagnosis by liaising directly with your doctor without you having to leave the comfort of your own home.
One in three adults is unaware of the threat of heart disease and having a regular ECG can be a key part of its prevention. |

We would like to encourage you to take the opportunity to have an annual general medical check up.
We can now offer this service to members in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. |
| Alternatively, you may prefer to visit one of our health centres in Marbella, Fuengirola or Manilva.
Our doctors will complete a detailed questionnaire of your medical history, perform an ECG as well as determining your blood oxygen level. In addition we will take blood and urine samples for analysis. We will then arrange for you to have a discussion of all of the results of these tests with our doctors.

Since the beginning of the year, we have expanded our fleet of ambulances with the introduction of two new intensive care units. By acquiring two more later in the year we intend to reach a total of 14 ambulances.However our most important acquisition for this year is our new twin engined Eurocopter EC-135. |

It has the most advanced technology and medical equipment available on it and it will enable us to save still more lives.
New European aviation law (JAR-OPS3) requires Helicopteros Sanitarios to make this significant investment and it seems more than justified, given the regular lives that we have saved over the years by having the ability to airlift members, who need urgent medical attention, to nearby hospitals. You are personally invited to come and visit this exciting new acquisition at our helipad.

The first quarter of the year has been dominated by technical innovation as well as the launch of new services and there is much more to come. As of March 1st, we have increased our membership fee by Euro 3,85 per month.
