Dear Señora,
In an age when personal service is almost extinct, it is extremely pleasing to tell you that your Helicopteros Sanitarios service proved to be a beacon that others could do well to follow.
My wife was suddenly taken ill, not exactly a situation one would not choose at any time, especially when abroad. However, let me pay you and your team the great compliment that the service we subsequently received from your team, would have been very difficult to match in any other of the countries we have been fortunate to visit during our numerous travels.
From the very first call, when the doctors arrived within 10 minutes, to the subsequent tests and almost immediate results, we could not have been in better hands. We can only thank you for the skill, efficiency and courtesy we experienced in the past 10 days, in particular, Dr. who one can only hold in the highest esteem, the equivalent of his namesake in the world of football.
For obvious reasons, we would wish to avoid calling on your service too often, but should we need to do so, it is extremely reassuring to know that you are there should we ever need your excellent medical services again.

I wish on behalf of Mrs. June O´Cliffe, to thank you for your immediate response to my call for help. June had a stroke and without a doubt, your crew that came, saved her life. Their attention was really brilliant. She is now home and starting to recover.
